Bank manager in suicide

Standard Chartered Bank manager To Wai-ho, 45, committed suicide inside his car by inhaling charcoal fumes in Kwai Chung. To, who had worked as a manager for about two years, was found collapsed in the back seat of his fume-filled car in Kwai Yue Street by policemen at 3.30am. A pot of burning charcoal was found in the front seat. He was declared dead at Yan Chai Hospital. Suicide notes were found in his letter box.
