Victoria Jolly, runner-up in this year's Miss Hong Kong, is out to prove she's more than just a pretty face. As a participant in the controversial Miss World 2002 pageant to be held in Nigeria in December, Jolly (right) is planning to write to Nigerian officials to condemn an Islamic court's decision to sentence a woman to death by stoning for adultery. 'I have thought about boycotting it. However, it would make more of an impression if I go. I prefer going to the world stage and making my voice heard,' the 20-year-old told SAR. 'Death by stoning is very barbaric and inhuman. It's very medieval.'
