About 20 former security guards gathered at the Aberdeen headquarters of the Construction Industry Training Authority to demand more than $100,000 in unpaid wages they say their subcontracting employer owes them.

The workers, stationed at nine authority centres and training grounds, said their boss had not paid them since August. The Hong Kong Buildings Management and Security Workers General Union, which is helping the workers, said the authority should review its service contracting rules.
