The American Community Theatre performs Margaret Edson's Tony award-winning play, directed here by Rick Joyce, about Dr Vivian Bearing, who is afflicted with ovarian cancer. Actress and director Jessica Lefkow takes the lead role (she had her hair cut off to portray the effects of chemotherapy). After Hong Kong, the cast travels to Beijing and Hanoi to perform and conduct workshops with local drama groups. Today-Sat and Oct 23-26, 7.45pm. Thus As I Heard
