Clive Brown

JPMorgan Fleming Asset Management

Mr Brown will head the asset management businesses in Asia, Europe and Japan. He will transfer back to London early next year and will report to Paul Bateman, chief executive of the firm. Mr Brown joined in 1991. He was the chief operating officer for Chase Fleming Asset Management following the merger between the Fleming Group and Chase Manhattan Corp in August 2000. Before that he was the chief operating officer of Robert Fleming Asset Management.

David Hsu

Mr Hsu is also head of Asia (ex-Japan). He will relocate to Hong Kong from Taiwan early next year and will report to Clive Brown, head of the asset management businesses of JPMorgan Fleming Asset Management in Asia, Europe and Japan. Mr Hsu has been with the group since 1986 and has been in charge of the asset management business in Taiwan and the senior country head of Taiwan since 1990.

Jon Judge

Mr Judge, former general manager of IBM's personal computing division, has been named president. He succeeds Greg Kerfoot, who will serve as chairman of the board and focus on strategy. Mr Judge has more than 25 years of software and hardware experience at IBM. He will drive the operations and management of Crystal Decisions and will be responsible for product development, customer satisfaction and partner relationship programmes.

Judy Ng
