Chaoda Modern Agriculture (Holdings) says it has received written confirmation from its auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers, that its full-year results were identical to those released prematurely on October 21. It said complications arose due to two subsidiaries that filed accounts covering the operations of only their head office and not branch offices.
