Microwave International Media Art Festival

This sixth annual festival of media art, Temporal Being, includes artist-in-residence workshops, video screenings - including the Being Manly series that features American video, Hard Fat (pictured) - seminars, forums, musical performances and an exhibition of the latest in new media art. More than 50 overseas artists are involved, all of whom have participated in Austria's Ars Electronic Festival. This year the festival has invited Slovenia's Vuk Cosic, an Internet-art pioneer, to be the guest curator of the Net Art Exhibition at Videotage's studio.
