A solo exhibition by this Indian artist is showing at the Visual Arts Centre. Manjit Bawa was born in 1941 in Punjab. He studied silk-screen printing in London, and since returning to India has emerged as one of the most influential contemporary artists from the country. He uses brilliant jewel-like colours, flowing lines and powerful imagery from Indian myth and folklore in his stylised paintings. 10am-6pm, Hong Kong Visual Arts Centre, 7A Kennedy Road, Mid-Levels.
