Part of key Central road to be pedestrianised

Part of Queen's Road Central will be closed in an attempt to improve pedestrian flow.

The Transport Department said yesterday one of the three lanes between Theatre Lane and Pottinger Street would be closed from tomorrow to assess traffic for a proposed widening of the congested northern footpath. The period of the lane closure will be announced later.
