I WOULD like to know how come Citibank's so-called 24-hour hotline is so difficult to get through to after midnight? Around 12.30 on the morning of August 6, I got home to find a letter from Citibank, so I dialled the bank's hotline number printed on the letter. For about 21/2 hours all I kept getting was an engaged tone or a pre-recorded message.
