About 60 truck owners threatened to stage a slow drive in Kwai Chung to protest against a 30 per cent increase in parking fees. The owners staged a rally in Kwai Wo Street to protest against the higher fees to be introduced from next month. The Democratic Party said the fee would be increased from $3,200 a month to $4,200.
