Wharf (Holdings) assistant director Ricky Wong Kwong-yiu said yesterday 190 units at Sorrento phase two at Kowloon Station had been sold through internal sale in recent days, generating about HK$1.3 billion. Meanwhile, a Sun Hung Kai Properties spokesman said a 5,108 square foot penthouse at 1 Po Shan Road in Mid-Levels was sold at HK$68 million, or HK$13,312 per sq ft.
