As a retired teacher, I always enjoy the Education section, especially about teachers' real experiences. On November 9, I enjoyed reading about the digital revolution at the Central Library. However, recently I used a computer at Tsing Yi library to have a book sent from Tseun Wan library. Ordering over the computer was a breeze, but when the book arrived at Tsing Yi, the staff there 'had' to post me a notice, taking several days, rather than sending me an e-mail that the book had arrived. Doesn't seem to make sense. G. C. EMERSON Tsing Yi
