Apple Lam Siu-hung, Quincy Lee Ka-wai, Tracy Lam Lai-ching and Alum Lam Suk-yee - all first year students from IVE Tsing Yi - won the student category of the 'Win A Game, Win A Booth' competition and were awarded a booth at an international game show.

Their game, entitled Lovely Pet, is still at a conceptual stage. It will give players a chance to run an animal clinic and tackle various problems while taking care of the animals. For example, in one scene the player has to treat animals escaping from a burning house, while putting out the fire.

Pet food, pet toys as well as books and apparatus to help treat animals are all available.

If managed successfully by the player, the clinic will expand and take the player to the next level.

The game's designers believe the cute animals and their presentation helped them win. The judges were impressed by the educational value of the game. The girls came up with the idea when they found there was nothing similar on the market.
