Congratulations to one of Hong Kong's best-loved film stars, Josephine Siao Fong-fong, who received an honorary Doctor of Letters degree from the Open University yesterday, in recognition of her talent and contribution to society.

Siao (right, with the university's dean of the School of Arts, Professor Mayching Kao) has starred in more than 200 films and found time to start the End Child Sexual Abuse Foundation in 1997. Few people deserve such recognition more.



Actress Siao honoured
