A 14-YEAR-OLD girl struggled and bit the arm of a bus driver as he allegedly pulled down her underwear and raped her, the High Court heard.
Yip Fook-sing, 27, is on trial before Mr Justice Bewley for the rape of the girl at a storeroom in Wong Chuk Hang Estate on February 1 last year.
Senior Crown Counsel Christina Ma said in her opening address that the victim was acquainted with the defendant but he was not her boyfriend.
The court heard that in the early hours of February 1, the victim, a friend and the defendant went to the storeroom, which Yip used as a sleeping area. The friend left and the victim sat chatting with Yip.
He then embraced her and pulled down her underwear while she struggled to push him off. She bit him several times on his shoulder and arm but was overpowered, counsel said.
She added that while Yip was raping her, the girl bit him harder. He had then hit her, causing her nose to bleed.
