Emotions boiled over in England recently about a vicar's comments that Santa Claus could not possibly deliver 378 million presents within 31 hours. The vicar may have felt differently if he had seen today's SYP and our readers' latest designs for Santa's sleigh.

The Santa's sleigh competition, held on December 9, received many creative entries. The winner is Jackson Chan, with his brilliant idea shown on this page. His prize is a helicopter ride.

Cory Wang's entry is also excellent. We would like to share her article with you as well.

Jackson Chan

The Sleigh Star 2002 allows Santa to travel anywhere. Houses and apartments are nothing to the Sleigh Star.

It is perfectly safe, not even the strongest tornado can harm it. It is made from the finest metal in the world.

If Santa doesn't want to be caught giving presents to kids, he can always use the Present Bazooka 2001.

This allows him to shoot presents into the houses or apartment he is near. If the door is locked he can use the mechanical hand with a skeleton key to unlock locks.

If Santa wants biscuits he gets biscuits. There is a biscuit detector installed at the front of the sleigh. This allows him to go into a house that has cookies and not go into a house for no reason. It has rocket engines on the bottom and at the back.

Santa can always search for the newest things with the laptop installed in the sleigh. He also can watch world news on his portable TV. All he has to do is lean back on his ejector seat because the sleigh has autopilot. When he wants to go somewhere all he has to do is to say the location.

No kids will be crying this year.

The sleigh that will change your life will be created today. Don't you think, Santa, you need some help getting around with blizzards in the way? Here are some solutions. After all, Santa, you might be worried about your biscuits.

First, I would recommend reindeer feedboxes within the reindeers' reach, in case they become hungry. Sometimes you may lose your way, but not to worry, this ship has the latest tracking system. You could even make it from your house to your grandpa's house without losing the way.

Hungry? Nothing to it, all you have to do is put it on autopilot (an added gadget on your dream sleigh) and reach back and type in what snack you want and voila!

If you think your reindeer are freezing, they're not. They are under a snugly warm blanket that doesn't stop them from running. If you're thirsty that's taken care of, Starbucks coffee would like to support you. They would like the free advertising you could give them.

Santa, this sleigh is dedicated to you. If you like it, there's no need to thank me because you give us lots of presents and you teach us the Spirit of Giving.
