A 16-year-old girl using a fake two-way permit was among 70 mainland women arrested in an anti-vice operation in Mongkok. The women included 64 two-way permit holders aged 17 to 39, four overstayers and a 22-year-old illegal immigrant. Police also arrested a 20-year-old Thai woman, a 20-year-old male illegal immigrant and a 28-year-old man who was held for possession of dangerous drugs.
