Hong Kong mobile phone users will be able to compare radiation emission levels after tough international emission standards are adopted. From April 1, the Office of the Telecommunications Authority will force manufacturers to label their phones with the Specific Absorption Rate, which measures the amount of radio frequency energy absorbed into the body.
