Life Management Yoga

The Life Management Yoga Centre presents a five-session basic course in traditional Ashtanga yoga. It will teach asanas (postures), pranayamas ('bio-energy control') and kriyas (internal cleansing). Each 90-minute session also includes 'practical suggestions for life management'. 9.30am-11am every Mon and Thu; 7pm-8.30pm every Mon and Wed. Starts Jan 13.
