GOLDEN LUCK BUILDING LAUNCHED ON MARKET

Hong Kong: FPDSavills is arranging the tender sale of the Golden Luck Building at 284-286 Queen's Road Central, in Sheung Wan. The 25-storey commercial building has a total floor area of about 26,000 square feet on a 1,733 sq ft site. The office floors range in size from 1,016 sq ft to 1,462 sq ft. FPDSavills said the ground and first floors were designed for restaurant use, while the office space had been more than 50 per cent leased. The consultant said the property was suitable for long-term investors or companies looking for headquarters. The tender closes on January 16.
