REBECCA Chiu Wing-yin will be aiming to emulate her remarkable achievements last year when she defends the under-19 and under-16 titles at the Hong Kong Junior Squash Open next week. The highly talented 14-year-old is the number one seed in both draws and is expected to face Singaporean opponents, Millie Moy and Caroline Baptista, in the two finals. Squash official Jackie Yu Kwok-king, manager of the Hong Kong team for the recent World Junior Women's Championships in Malaysia, is confident Chiu can again win both events. ''Rebecca is in a class of her own in the under-16 draw and she should also beat Millie in the under-19 final, having thrashed the Singaporean in Malaysia only two weeks ago,'' Yu said. ''In fact, Rebecca was quite outstanding at the world championships. It was generally recognised that she is one of the brightest prospects.''
