Punk-pop foursome Sum 41 have been associated with Green Day and Blink-182 countless times. But it's hard not to make these comparisons again after listening to Sum 41's latest release Does This Look Infected?, which follows the three-million selling album All Killer, No Filler. The three punk bands - think loud, explosive and speedy guitar - are so alike, but Sum 41 have an even faster pace. On this 12-track album, the Canadian band - formed by Derick Whibley (guitar, vocals), Dave Baksh (guitar, vocals), Cone McCaslin (bass) and Steve Jocz (drums) - sing about teenage suicide, the angst of being a teenager, and express their discontent with the 'messed up' world. But you may find that none of the songs stay in your head because they are all so similar in momentum and tempo, except the final number, Hooch, which has a different feel.
