THE vice-chairman of the Chinese Civil Servants Association, Wong Kwong-san, yesterday denied it had softened its stance on the new expatriate civil servant policy. Mr Wong said the association was satisfied with explanations given by Secretary of the Civil Service, Anson Chan Fang On-sang.
