A tendency to bizarre random happenings is one reason we love this city. So it is appropriate SAR's 'I Love HK' badge made its way on to the lapel of singer Edison Chen Koon-hei this week via a migrating wooden duck.

The duck was one of many handed out as invitations to the opening of Wan Chai's hot new Balinese restaurant BB3, and since the restaurant is owned by Elite Concepts - our partners in the 'I Love HK' campaign - the bird wore a badge proudly on its breast.

From BB3, the duck was taken to Dragon-i where it caught the eye of Chen. Envy struck and flapping ensued, but the young Canto-pop star won the day and left the club with the duck and the badge on his shirt.
