Just the job

A young man receives information about joining the police force at the start of an education and careers expo yesterday. Many other job-seekers, however, left disappointed because the event was mainly targeted at prospective students. The four-day event at the Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wan Chai is expected to attract 194,000 visitors. There were only 56 exhibitors from private enterprises and government departments. The other 310 came from educational institutions.
