MORE than 75 per cent of the retail space at Miramar's Park Lane Square II development in Tsim Sha Tsui has been let.

Major tenants include Edinburgh and Vincci, Esprit, Theme and Michel Rene. A $10 million advertising campaign is planned for the European-style shopping centre.
