HONG KONG stocks are expected to remain under pressure next week with Iraq war fears weighing heavy. The Hang Seng Index fell 2.3 per cent last week, or 215.56 points, to 8,907.1 after dropping below 9,000 on Thursday. Tung Tai Securities associate director Kenny Tang Sing-hing predicts a range of between 8,700 and 9,100 with strong support at 8,700.
