Justice at last for Victoria Jolly, the Hong Kong beauty queen who failed to place in the recent Miss World Finals in Nigeria and London. The 20-year old Eurasian (right) has been voted the world's most photogenic beauty queen in the 5th Global Beauties Awards, the self-styled Oscars of beauty pageant industry.

The award does not carry any special prize, but it will please Miss Jolly's supporters. The policeman's daughter had been bookies' favourite to come in the top five of the Miss World Finals.
