Hong Kong champion Lee Lai-shan regained her position at the top of the standings in the Asian Windsurfing Championships in Penang, Malaysia. San San who trailed teammate Chan Wai-kei after the first discard, retook the lead after two races were sailed on day four. San San, who is using this event to judge if she is fit enough to continue racing on the international scene, leads Chan by two points on the overall ladder. Japan's Yasuko Kosuge is third, seven points further behind. In the men's division, Hong Kong's Ho Chi-ho was on top closely followed by Korean Hong Ram while Oka Sulaksana of Indonesia was third. Two other Hong Kong competitors, Cheng Kwok-fai and Chan King-yin were sixth and eighth overall.
