I am a regular patron of McDonald's, I have eaten a lot of hamburgers in my time, and I believe that the cleanliness of McDonald's restaurants is beyond reproach. There is nothing wrong with staff using their bare hands, as long as their hands are clean. It would not make sense for McDonald's to tarnish the good reputation it has in Hong Kong.
