3 Sofia Gaspar-Brisson takes you on a culinary journey through Spain as she presents a tapas cooking class. It's a perfect opportunity to pick up a few skills for your next dinner party and could provide an incentive to stop ordering so many takeaways. The two-hour course is accompanied by food and wine. 4 The Ramona family is famous for its flamenco skills in the Latin world. Clara (above) is the hot-stepping matriarch and will present a Spanish dance show and lecture on the subject. The choreographer of Carmen and El Amor Brujo will be joined by local artists in workshops geared for flamenco fanatics of all levels for classes each day. 5 Wannabe turntablists need look no fur ther than this hi-tech DJ training academy.
