ONE PEKING SPACE ATTRACTING TENANTS

Leasing of Glorious Sun Group's One Peking, in Tsim Sha Tsui, is progressing well, with agreements concluded for office and restaurant space, says marketing agent Jones Lang LaSalle. Among the new tenants are Universal Music and Westminster Travel, which have taken a total floor area of more than 35,000 square feet.

One Peking, at the junction of Peking Road and Canton Road, offers 14 storeys of office floors, with a total area of 167,000 square feet. All the ground-floor shops have been leased.
