I use Clairol's Loving Care Colour Creme type 1 # 83 Natural Black for my hair, but I cannot find this product in any of the chemist's in Hong Kong. Please tell me where I can get it.

The Dictator rules: Let me guess, you've arrived recently from the United States, Britain, Canada or Australia. No, I'm not a clairvoyant, these are the only countries that still sell Loving Care (which hasn't been sold in Hong Kong since early 2002). How do I know all this? Simple: I asked them. Clairol Customer Relations can be reached on 2583 3583 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, excluding public holidays), or by e-mail at: [email protected]. They recommend you try Clairol Hydrience hair colourants, which are water-based and alcohol-free and supposed to provide permanent colour while being gentle on the hair. They suggest you try Nos 52 (Black) and 48 (Dark Brown). You can find Clairol Hydrience at most chemists, including Watson's (Basement 2, Times Square, Russell Street, Causeway Bay, tel: 2506 3081), where it's on sale for $56.90, down from $98.90.

There was a polka-dot dress on the cover of Vogue a few months ago. I think it was by Donna Karan, but I can't seem to find her shops any more. Actually, I'd be happy to find cheaper pieces because I'll probably be bored by them in a few months. Any ideas?
