Hewlett-Packard's latest LaserJet printers will suit small, budget-conscious businesses that require professional-quality prints.

Priced at HK$2,988, the LaserJet 1300 is HP's entry-level, monochrome model.

It delivers 1,200 dots per inch resolution at 20 pages a minute. HP says it will print the first page of a typical text-only document in less than eight seconds.

A networkable version, the LaserJet 1300n, comes with an HP Jetdirect 200m internal print server which enables connection to multiple PCs. It is priced at HK$4,888.
