A FIFTH man charged in connection with the kidnapping of property billionaire Wang Teh-huei yesterday appeared in Eastern Court after being extradited from Britain to stand trial in Hong Kong. Decorator Lee Wai-kit, 35, is charged with forcibly taking and detaining Wang against his will with intent to procure a ransom for his liberation. The offence is alleged to have taken place on April 10, 1990. Magistrate Michael Hill adjourned the case until Wednesday, pending legal advice. Lee was remanded Lee in custody. No plea was taken.
