LAST WEEK we gave the Russian pop duo Tatu the rating we reserve for things we really don't like: a picture of someone with their head in a bucket. But not everyone agreed and we received lots of letters in praise of Tatu. We love it when readers get involved, so we have are giving away Tatu's vinyl single 'Not Gonna Get Us' (courtesy of Universal Music) for the first three letters in.
Even though there is no proof the Tatu girls are actually together, there are no real articles claiming they aren't. It's pretty clear they are either bisexual or lesbians. I think it's unfair for you to assume they're just puppets.
Why isn't it possible that two girls who love each other start singing about their love? Why is it so unbelievable?
And even if they are just puppets, why are their fans mostly young adults and teens and not just old horny men? They help make people happy and they produce good music. That's what's important, lesbian or not.
