CHINACHEM TO PAY STAMP DUTY TO LURE BUYERS

Chinachem Group is offering a new promotional offer for remaining flats at Jade View Villa in Siu Lam, near Tuen Mun. The developer will pay stamp duty up to HK$200,000, equivalent to an 8 per cent property price discount, for the first three buyers. The project houses 184 units.
