Taiwanese illustratior Jimmy Liao saw off local authors to top this year's Secondary School Student Book Chart. More than 100,000 voted in this annual poll organised by the RTHK. Liao - whose Turn Left, Turn Right has been turned into a movie - has two entries in the top ten chart, including Nobel Laureate for Literature Gao Xingjian's Mother, for which he provided illustrations.
