Featuring Western and Asian cuisine, Cafe Too is a showcase for the diverse range of styles and culinary expertise of the Shangri-La kitchen. Anticipating that some guests may want to burn off a few calories before indulging in its well-stocked buffet, the Novotel Century has come up with an unusual offer: with any lunch or dinner buffet, guests receive a complimentary pass to the gym and pool. Lunch guests can use the pool between 10am and 3pm, while dinner guests are allowed access between 4pm to 10pm. The dinner dishes vary daily, but you can always count on a good selection of Western and Asian choices. Favourites include steamed garoupa with soya sauce, stir-fried beef with water chestnuts, and baked duck breast. The Marriott Cafe is also famed for its dessert selection, featuring cakes, chocolate innovations and frozen delights. Head chef Tony Wong advises guests to take their time when enjoying the seafood selection.
