THE father of a woman who died in a car accident is suing the driver for damages.

Assistant accountant Grace Tam, 24, died on February 10 last year, six days after the accident.
The car was travelling in Gloucester Road when it hit concrete barriers. Tam was thrown out and later died.
The driver, Tse Kwok-wai, was fined $750 in Eastern Court for speeding.
Tam's father, Tam Kwong-ying, 62, is suing Tse for damages and special damages of $35,562.
