A REWARD of $50,000 was offered by police yesterday for information on the whereabouts of two men involved in a passport forgery case in Ta Kwu Ling in 1988. Yeung Ping-chi, 36, and Chan Sai-wing, 35, were arrested and charged but did not answer court bail.
