Finding Soundbug outlets a bit of a bugbear

Section editor Neil Taylor writes: 'We have had a number of enquiries from readers on the Soundbug from Olympia, a product featured in this section's centrespread on the 20th of last month. Many of our readers, after reading our review, went to buy the product only to find that it was not available. The following is a response from Olympia:

We have received your enquiry about the Soundbug from Olympia Asia. The product is available at the JC Shop, Shop 833, Times Square, Causeway Bay or JC Shop, Shop 347, Ocean Centre, Tsim Sha Tsui. We are confident they will have stock available at all times and they are easy to get to.

We are also selling through important shops like Broadway, Tai Lin and Chung Yuen. However, not every shop in the chain is carrying the product. So, we do not want to cause any more frustration to you by giving just the store chain's name, but if it helps, I am giving the specific store addresses that do carry stock.

We also sell in Ap Liu street and it might be fun for your English-speaking readers to visit this market street.

I am frustrated to tell you we did sell the Soundbug and our phones through The Loft at Seibu. However, two weeks ago we were told all our consignment of products had been stolen! Other suppliers have told me this has happened before to them.
