Starring first lady of Korean cinema Kim Hee-seon (pictured with Joo Jin-mo), Wanee & Junah is an account of unattainable love told through an innovative blend of traditional cinema and anima-tion. Kim is Wanee, an animation artist, who has been living with her boyfriend Junah. Their relationship seems peaceful, but things become bitter when Wanee's first love Youngmin returns from overseas.
