Fergus Evans Partner Clifford Chance Mr Evans becomes a partner of the law firm's Asian banking and finance group. He will be based in Hong Kong and will focus on asset finance. Mark Lin Partner Lovells Hong Kong Mr Lin, a specialist in commercial litigation, joined the firm as a consultant in 2001. He has dealt with a range of commercial disputes in Hong Kong and the mainland, and has experience in advising on corporate disputes including multi-jurisdictional investigations.
