A TRANSPORT worker, who forcibly took a nightclub public relations officer to a villa and raped her, was yesterday convicted in the High Court.

A jury found Ng Pong-lung, 27, guilty of raping the 21-year-old woman.

He will be sentenced by Deputy Judge Wong next Tuesday.

The offence took place on August 7 last year.
