Dr Lee Shiu-hung, Director of Health, said a liaison group would also be established next month in Kwun Tong to enable direct exchange of views between patients and officials on services provided.

''Recruitment of members to join the group is now under way through posters and invitations.

''District leaders, professionals, social workers and clinic users will form the group,'' Dr Lee said.

The first phase of the pledges was introduced in 15 clinics last December, and the department expects to complete the programme in the remaining 28 clinics next year.

Computerised drug labelling provides detailed information on the use of the drug. Instructions in both English and Chinese are shown on medicine packs to let users know when and how to take the medicine.
