THE Crown has been given two weeks to obtain a voluntary bill against a decorator accused of kidnapping property billionaire Wang Teh-huei.

If granted, the bill could mean Lee Wai-kit, 35, who was extradited from Britain last Thursday, would face trial in the High Court next month.
Lee is charged, with others, with forcibly taking and detaining Mr Wang against his will with intent to procure a ransom.
The offence is alleged to have taken place on April 10, 1990.
