HORIZON PLAZA APPROVED FOR COMMERCIAL USE

E Wah Construction and Aik San Realty have received approval to convert an industrial building, Horizon Plaza, on Ap Lei Chau into commercial use. The ground floor will be converted to banking, fast food, retail, showroom and car parking uses. The first to ninth floors are for retail space while the 10th to 28th floors are for offices and shops.
