Chaos hits truck drivers

CONTAINER truck drivers had to wait for up to five hours yesterday before they could return to Hong Kong due to a computer breakdown at the Huang Gang border in Shenzhen.

A spokesman from the Shenzhen Municipal Government said two computers broke down and that led to traffic chaos which was not eased until the afternoon when the computers were fixed.
